1. How to make an order?
Please complete the "Order Form" and submit to us once done.

2. How long each delivery will reach you?
- An email will be sent within 24 hours, notifying details of payment and etc. Delivery via postage will reach you in 3 working days.

3. What are the type of payments allowed?
- For online payment, we will produce an invoice, notify you the account number and other instructions to be adhered. We also accept Cash-On-Delivery.

4.What are the options for delivery?
- We highly encourage orders to be self-collected. Please call us for an appointment. Optionally, postage will cost starting RM6,according to the size and weight of each order.

5. Is full-payment necessary?
- We accept full-payment for all delivery via postage. 50% of full payment if RSVP is required, but full-payment is expected to be made within 2 weeks.

6. Can order be returned?
- Otherwise defect is due to us, we encourage returned order to be switched with other available products. Additional charges will be added to your invoice.

7. How do I know the price for each product?
- We will quote the price for you, so please contact us


8. Do you accept retail order, and by how many and how much
- Yes, we accept retail order for more than 10 pieces; mix items are allowed. contact us to for price quotation and details.
